Leadership Development with Academy Coaching is designed to address the leadership tensions inherent in leading from the middle. On-site training coupled with one on one coaching builds the skills and confidence you need to foster engagement and translate strategy into effective action.

What can you anticipate?

Utilizing a 360 assessment tool we will establish the baseline for how effective you currently are, and where you can become even better. Then we will establish specific leadership development goals that are measurable and attainable. Then we will get to work!
