what they're saying
“I highly recommend Sally for any and all strategic planning and training needs you have.”
Diane Vasquez
Director of HR Operations
University of Michigan
“Sally…was perceptive about what the potential move might mean for me and did a superb job connecting me to people at the U of M who could also offer insights on the decision. She also helped to put in perspective the question of a joint appointment. I did make the move and am very satisfied both with it and with the decision process that Sally helped to facilitate.”

Professional Development Workshops
The length of workshops varies from ninety minutes to full-day sessions and from one session to multiple sessions with blended learning opportunities. Blended learning workshops combine on site programs with a secure web forum for coaching feedback in between and immediately following workshops. This reinforces the likelihood that participants have an opportunity to apply the skills from the training to their personal situations while still having the option of supportive feedback and guidance along the way.
